Customs Customer Service Centre Lines
Customer Service Centres have started operating at the Customs Division Headquarters, Ministries, Accra and the Tema Longroom. The public is encouraged to contact the Client Service Centres with complaints, suggestions or requests for information on matters relating to its operations, clearance procedures, classification and valuation of goods/vehicles, etc.
The public is also entreated to call on the offices or use the online form on the website to offer information on suspected smuggling of good and vehicles.
