PUBLIC NOTICE
The Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) wishes to remind all companies which were listed in the Cargo Tracing Notes (CTN) policy that compliance is mandatory.
With effect from 7th April, 2020 failure to comply with the requirement upon arrival of the Cargo shall attract a pecuniary penalty under the Customs Law. This will be strictly enforced without exception.

All companies concerned are hereby advised to comply with the implementation requirements to avoid any sanctions.
