It is a national initiative by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to continuously educate and engage citizens on taxation from 2025 to 2028, aiming to build a strong culture of voluntary compliance.

GRA leads the initiative, coordinating with key partners across government, civil society, the informal sector and the formal sector.
All Ghanaians, including formal sector workers, investor communities, traders, SMEs, artisans, students, and the general public.
Through a combination of mass media, school programmes, community outreach, engagements, seminars, market storms, mobile vans, digital platforms, theme song, etc.
Via local-language radio shows, market durbars, drama performances, explainer videos and peer educators such as market queens and leaders of trade associations, assembly men, opinion leaders, etc.
Tax education will be integrated into the school curricula and promoted through tax clubs, essay competitions, and civic education lessons.
Through interactive learning, social media campaigns, and youth ambassadors and influencers who will promote tax awareness among peers.
Radio, TV, print, social media, WhatsApp, online platforms, and community forums, seminars, etc. to reach every part of Ghana.

GRA will collaborate with the Ministry of Finance and CSOs to engage the public on tax collection and what taxes are used for.
It will run from 2025 to 2028, rolled out in three phases — foundation (2025), expansion (2026–2027), and institutionalisation (2028).
To create a tax – conscious country, where every citizen has knowledge and understanding, values, and fulfills their civic duty by contributing to national development.
By tracking growth in tax registration, filing rates, public awareness levels, feedback from citizens and partners, and customer satisfaction survey.
