Submission of Self Assessment Estimates

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) wishes to remind its cherished taxpayers and stakeholders that, in accordance with Section 122 of the Income Tax Act 2015 (Act 896), all businesses are required to submit their tax estimates for the year 2023 by the due date of payment of the first quarterly tax instalment.

The Commissioner-General is hereby serving notice to all businesses whose financial reporting calendar year ends on 31^st December and have not submitted their estimates to do so by the 21^st of April, 2023.

Please note that failure to submit your tax estimate as stated above shall result in the GRA serving you with the Commissioner-General’s Assessment using best judgment and reasonable information.
