The effective date of implementation of all amendments is January 1, 2023.
The general public, particularly VAT Registered persons, Employers, Accountants, Auditors, Importers, Exporters, Clearing Agents and Tax Consultants must take note of these amendments and comply accordingly.
The owner or anyone having interest in any rateable premises is entitled to inspect the Valuation List and take copies thereof and extract therefrom free of charge.
Mr. Sakyi was appointed as a contract staff of GRA from 1st January, 2018 to 31st December, 2019 and worked under the then Technical Advisor (Customs). The contract was not renewed after its expiration in December, 2019.
Effective Friday, 1st April, 2022 they are to file returns online via the GRA Taxpayers portal only.

issued to the Algerian and Mexico Embassies respectively.
Effective 1st May, 2022 taxpayers who file returns without indicating the TIN/GUIN of their employees and withholdees will have their returns rejected or deemed as not filed and the necessary sanctions under the law shall be applied.
Must be a Ghanaian citizen aged Eighteen (18) years and above, with at least a Senior High School Certificate (or its equivalent) and a minimum of Ten (10) years working experience in the Customs clearing business
All Governing Councils of Professional Bodies such as lawyers, accountants, doctors, engineers, architects etc. must take note of this reminder and comply accordingly.
